Debby is the director at Wadsworth Library in Geneseo, NY. Her career in libraries spans 40+ years, starting at the Sudbury Public Library in Sudbury, Ontario (Canada). After moving back to upstate New York, she has worked in two different academic libraries and at two library systems. She started her current position in March 2017 and is happy to be serving the community where she has lived for the past 30 years. In her spare time you will find her hiking with her dog or working in the yard. She confesses she’s addicted to a couple word games that she plays on her phone. Her interest in digital inclusion started on a personal note, since she lives in an area that is inequitably served by broadband providers and understands the frustrations of making broadband connectivity accessible to all.
